By placing an order through our site, you warrant that: You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of the password of your account chosen by you when you register on the website and for restricting access to your computer and/or email address to prevent unauthorised access to your account.

We take all reasonable measures to ensure that all the details and descriptions of products given on our website are as accurate as possible but there may be variations between these and the products themselves and all the products are subject to availability.

All the prices appearing on this website are inclusive of taxes (where applicable) at the current rates.

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

We operate a complaint handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of India and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Delhi, India court.

Return, Replacement and Refund

All Products ordered from the Website and successfully delivered to the User by the respective Seller may be returned to the Seller in accordance with the terms contained in the respective Seller policy. However, no Products will be accepted by the Seller if

(a) the Products have been damaged by the User

(b) if there is a change in the quality, quantity or other characteristics of the Product

(c) if as per the Seller the product returned is not the Product that was delivered

In case of returns/Exchange:

1.Return/Exchange should be initiated within 2 days of order delivery.

2.The tags on the product should be intact.

3.The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.

4.The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.

5.Category - Electronics and Electronics accessories must submit a product unpacking video to request a refund/returns/exchange.

Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

1. Money sent back to bank details provided by customer.

2. Money sent back to UPI or Paytm account details shared by customer.

3. A Coupon Code of the refund value in your inventosales.com account, which can be redeemed against any purchase.

*We are not liable on sharing of customer personal details (Account details, contact number, mail, address) on any other domain/platform.

Note: Returned product will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Any item that shows the signs of damaged, altered, change in the quality or quantity cannot be accepted for return. If you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no extra shipping charges.
